Oberpinswang, a tranquil little spot just off the main road from Füssen to Reutte, is an ideal place to relax and recharge those jaded batteries. The surrounding countryside is full of contrasts: lofty mountains vie with pretty meadows and seemingly endless hiking trails, yet all of them are tantalisingly nearby. From Oberpinswang, a walk along the Fürstenstrasse or a ten-minute drive will take you to the fairytale royal Bavarian castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau; you can also drive to Linderhof, and once again, it’s only ten minutes by car to see the ‘King Ludwig’ musical. Superb cycling and mountain biking trails lead through picturesque landscapes.

Stay a while in our inn and treat yourself to our delicious home cooking. Freshly caught trout from local streams or exquisite game specialities are a mouth-watering delight.

Relax outdoors in the recently built beer garden with splendid views of the Tyrolean mountain world and enjoy a truly unforgettable holiday.

As one of our honoured guests you can hire one of our bicycles for free. In winter, our sauna and solarium are just the places to relax after a busy day out doing winter sports.

Cross-country skiing trails lead right past the inn, and sports enthusiasts will be delighted by the ice-skating and ice-curling rink, a mere 100 metres away.

Our establishment is also an ideal point for guests wishing to set off on hikes to the royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau as well as to many Alpine huts in the vicinity. The winter horse-drawn coach rides we organise for tours around the castles and for feeding the wild deer are also popular with our guests. Coach parties and other groups also like to stop off and stay with us.
